Mr. Hall and I have worked together on 1031 exchange clients as well as relocation clients. Over the past 11 years, I have worked with Bill on both the Buy and Sell side as well as for long term rentals. As a remote investor, I have depended on Bill's ability to incorporate the criteria I provide to find appropriate properties. Once the list is narrowed, he and I have chatted to determine what makes the most sense to extend an offer on. There have been occasions where he actually felt we could get the property at a lower price, despite his commission going down. Clearly, Bill is more interested in making sure I pay the lowest price possible for any particular property. On the Selling side, Bill has made things even easier for me. He has taken the time to inspect the home to determine what the market demands in terms of repairs or changes. He works with reliable and cost effective contractors to address any of the needed work. In terms of paperwork, everything has been very streamlined by being completed electronically. Lastly, on the rental side, Bill runs the comps, and make suggestions on competitive rental rates. After vetting the applicants, we discuss who would make the best tenant, and proceed. Again, super easy process. For many years, after meeting Bill, I consider him a friend, and he has gone out of his way on several occasions to take care of minor housekeeping items, despite them being out of his true responsibilities. If you are looking for a well informed and responsible agent who has your best interest in mind, Bill is who you want to work with!
